Suggest a better description1.) preheat oven to 400 degrees
2.) grease a pan with oil and and sauté the asparagus, scallions, shallots, & red pepper. Cook for approximately 5 minutes until they release their fragrance and set aside.
3.) in a bowl, whisk together the eggs, cream, and chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
4.) place the cooked veg into a baking pan and pour the egg mixture on top.
5.) bake in oven for approximately 20 min just until the top begins to set.
6.) remove from oven and cover the frittata with bacon. Place back in oven for an additional 20 min or until the bacon is crispy
