Fantastic holiday pecan pie from my aunt.
1/2 cup Melted Butter
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Light Corn Syrup
4 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 tsp Salt
1 9" Pie Shell
1 cup Pecan Halves
Combine Butter, Sugar & Corn Syrup
Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.
Add eggs, vanilla, salt - blend well
Pour in a pie shell, top with pecans
Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes.
