This pie recipe has been in my family for years. It's great both hot and cold.
Mix together butter and sour cream. Add enough flour to make your regular pie crust. Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Divide the dough into two parts and roll out to make two crusts.
Assemble the pie and bake at 350 F until ready.
Aunt Lara would sometimes make this a one-crust pie and put meringue on top.
