Excellent chicken over whole wheat pasta.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Place oil in the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish
Add garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Lay chicken on oil/spice base.
Pour tomato sauce over chicken.
Over the tomato sauce layer half of the mozzarella, half of the parmesan, all of the croutons, the rest of the mozzarella, and then the rest of the parmesan.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
Serve over whole wheat spaghetti.
