Suggest a better descriptionIn sauce pan combine sugar cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir for 2 min. Remove from heat. Stir in gelatin and peaches; mix well. Set aside 1 cup for serving. Brown chicken in stove covered over medium heat for 3 min on each side. Put chicken in baking dish with potatoes and carrots pour sauce over it all cover with foil bake for 45 min. When serving add remaining sauce as needed.
