Place oil in 9x13 dish. Place chicken breats in the dish, coating each side with oil. Squeeze juice of 1/2 lemon over all. Slice the rest of the lemon and place a slide on each piece. Bake 30-40 minutes or until brown.
In a large skilled, melt butter. Add mushrooms and saute until golden brown (approx 6 minutes) Sprinkle flour and blend. Add broth, stirring to make a medium thick sauce. Reduce, adding broth to make a creamy sauce. Add parsley at end.
Spoon sauce over chicken breasts.
