healthy twist on a traditional soft banana cookie
Heat oven 375
- in a mixing bowl beat butter, yogurt and brown sugar. Next beat in egg and banana.
- combine dry ingredients and add to banana mixture.
- fold in raisins, dark choc chips and walnuts (or your preference of goodies)
bake until lightly browned, 10-12 minutes
these cookies do freeze but you may gobble them up to quickly
I enjoy these with a cup of java after a morning workout
