Put butter and both sugars in bowl and mix with electric beaters; mix on medium til pald and fluffy. Reduce speed to low. Add egg and vanilla; mix til well combined. Mix in banana. Add flour mixture; mix til just combined. Stir in oats, chips, and walnuts.
Using a 1 1/2 ice cream scoop, drop dough onto baking sheet lines with parchment paper. Bake cookies, rotating sheet halfway through til golden broen, 12 to 13 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks 5 minutes. Cokies can be stored in airtighf containef at room temperature up to 2 days
