Sauté the celery and onion in frying pan with one teaspoon of butter until soft.
Add hamburger, dash of salt & pepper.
Set frying pan to 250 degrees. Brown the hamburger.

Drain excess fat, if any. Use blue drainee.
Add ketchup, vinegar, brown sugar, mustard.
Bring to boil. Stirring occasionally.
Cover. Reduce heat to simmer for 25 minutes. Stirring occasionally.

Can add more ketchup if too dry.
If need to make a lot more than 10, note the following: 8 LBS of hamburger takes 2 hours to cook up and fills the 6 qt crock pot.
