This delicious mixed fruit pie is simple to make and a real crowd pleaser.
Compbine berries, 1/2 cup sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice in heavy medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Stir until mixture boils and thickens, about 6 minutes. Remove from heat and cool completely.
Pre-bake pie shell at 350 degrees until light golden brown, using pie weights to ensure crust remains in place.
Fill crust with cooled berry mixture. Combine flour, brown sugar, oats and lemon peel in large bowl. Using fingertips, mix in butter until moist clumps form. Sprinke streusel topping over berry filling, covering completely.
Bake pie at 350 degrees until topping is golden brown, about 35 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool. Can be made one day ahead. Cover with foil and store at room temperature.
