Delicious
1. Combine yogurt, honey, lemon zest and creme fraiche in a small bowl and whosk well together. refrigerate until ready to use.
2. Melt the butter in a medium saucepan and add the sugar, 2 or 3 twists of black pepper, and stir until the sugar has melted. Add the strawberry slices and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently. Stir in the orange juice and orange zest, cook for a few seconds and remove from the heat.
3. Divide the strawberries equally between 8 glasses, next add the blueberries, and then the raspberries. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
4. Just before serving, spoon the yogurt cream over the top of the berries.
