The very best blue cheese dressing that may also be used as a dip for veggies or for buffalo wings.
Into the bowl of a food processor, with the motor running, drop the garlic through the feed tube and process until small pieces. Leave the garlic in the bowl of the food processor, add the mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, salt and process until well mixed. Add the cheese and continue to pulse. May be left chunky or processed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Serve as salad dressing or dip for veggies. I also like to serve it with buffalo wings, carrot and celery sticks.
Makes two cups.
