Place garlic and salt and italian seasoning in bottom of well. flick a little flour over the top.
Then place sugar, yeast and olive oil in bowl and add warm water and mix well.
Knead for 10 minutes to make firm soft dough.
Cut into 4 equal parts and let rest.
Roll out onto baking paper on baking trays and let rise for hour or so. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and par bake.
