Batir las yemas con el azúcar. Agregar los ingredientes secos y por ultimo agregar la manteca derretida. Estirar la masa de 2 mm y colocar sobre una placa de 25 cm x 30 cm enmantecada y enharinada. Cocinar a 180ºC por 5 a 10 minutos.
Cobertura:
Caramelizar la miel y el azúcar. Agregarle la manteca y el chocolate picado sobre el fuego y dejar que se fundan bien. Retirar del fuego y agregar los ingredientes restantes. Volcar la preparación sobre el sable cocido. Llevar al frío. Cortar cuadraditos. Pincelar con miel o nappage y espolvorear con arroz, trigo y copos.
