Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in large skillet, add chicken and cook on medium heat until lightly browned. Set aside in a large bowl.
In the same large skillet, sauté green pepper, onion, garlic and carrots. Cook on medium heat for 10 minutes or until desired texture. Place in bowl with chicken.
In the same skillet, add, soy sauce, apple juice and water and bring to a simmer. Add bourbon, ACV and brown sugar. Cook on low heat stirring constantly until thickened. Add Chicken and vegetables and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
Chef's notes: Add salt, pepper and herbs to taste.
