Flan style dessert.
Pudding: mix in the blender the eggs, the condensed milk and use the empty can of condensed milk to measure the milk. Mix everything and reserve.
Caramel: mix 1 cup of sugar and 1/2 cup of water in medium heat and wait until it turn brown.
Put the caramel first in the pudding bowl and then add the mix you made in blender. Cook in baking tray filled with water (Bain Marie), its important that the water achieve at least the half of the pudding bowls. Leave it for around 30 minutes at 180 degrees until the top become brown. To make sure it's cooked insert a fork inside the pudding and if it's clean when you remove it, the pudding is ready! Let it cool for a while them put in the fridge for 2 hours. Enjoy
Just remove the pudding from the bowl when they are totally cold.
