1. Toss bread cubes, raisins, and melted margarine together.
2. Pour into greased 9 x 13 inch pan.
3. Beat eggs, milk, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, cloves, and salt together in mixer.
4. Pour over bread cubes; cover with foil. Let stand 10 minutes.
5. Bake 30 minutes; uncover. Bake 30 more minutes or until center is set.
6. Serve warm topped with raisin sauce.
Sauce
1. Stir all sauce ingredients together in pan.
2. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer on low for 5 minutes.
