I don't particularly like broccoli, but if you're like me, you'll love this casserole...And you'll get your intake of green vegetables.
Cook and drain broccoli.
In a large saucepan, saute onion in 1/2 butter, stir in flour.
Add water and stir until bubbly.
Add Cheese and beaten eggs.
Mix in broccoli.
Pour contents into a buttered 1 quart casserole dish. Pour 1/2 melted butter and Sprinkle cracker crumbs over the top and bake at 325 for 40-45 minutes.
