Simple comfort food, use pretty much any fish or mixture of different fish and vegetables in the pie
White Sauce
1. Melt butter in pot over medium-low heat
2. Add flour, salt, pepper and stir for a minute until well mixed
3. Gradually whisk in milk and continue to heat while stirring until all milk is added
4. Sauce is ready once all lumps are stirred out
5. Add pie ingredients and stir thoroughly
Pie
1. Place mixture into a pie dish
2. Sprinkle cheese over top
3. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over cheese
4. Bake in oven at 180 degrees celsius for 30minutes
Serve with boiled baby potatoes or macaroni, either can be mixed in a baked in the pie if preferred
