Bake buffalo chicken strips according to package directions. Slice romaine and arrange on plate. Arrange additional veggies on top. Pace chicken strips, avocado at the side. Top with dressing. Blue cheese dressing tastes great, but others taste good too.
Avocado tastes best with lemon or lime juice and salt.
