Baked Butternut Squash
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Boil Butternut Squash & mash until smooth.
Add onion, half the crackers, salt & pepper, eggs and half the butter to the squash.
Mix together until smooth.
Place mixture in 4 quart baking pan.
Mix remaining butter with remaining cracker crumbs and place on top.
Bake for 1 hour.
