Yummy bars with melted caramel and chocolate
Preheat oven to 350; grease & flour 9/13" pan
Place the caramels & milk in a microwavable bowl; set aside
Combine cake mix, water & nuts in bowl and cut the butter into the other ingredients; press half in the bottom of the pan; bake 350 for 6 minutes.
While this bakes, microwave the caramel/milk bowl 3.5 minutes; Mix until melted and blended.
Take pan from oven; drizzle with caramel mixture; sprinkle with chips; spread remaining crumbs over the top; pat lightly; bake 18 minutes; don't overbake; cool completely before cutting. This is very rich, so I usually cut small squares or rectangles, about the size of a chocolate from a box.
