A one dish meal with great flavors!
Put oven racks in upper and lower thirds of oven and preheat to 500.
Toss okra and tomatoes with oil, salt and pepper in a bowl. Spread evenly on a large shallow baking pan and roast in lower third until tomatoes begin to burst, about 10 minutes.
Pat fillets dry, sprinkle with 1 1/2 teaspoons of Old Bay seasoning and arrange in another large shallow baking pan.
Add corn to vegetables and put pan with fish on upper rack. Roast until fish is cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
While fish is roasting, melt butter in a 10 inch skillet over \medium heat. Add pecans, the remaining Old Bay seasoning and cook, stirring occasionally, until nuts are golden abd butter is deep golden. Remove from heat and stir in the lemon juice.
Serve the fish over the vegetables and top with the sauce!
Be sure the catfish is fresh! Other fresh, firm bodied, white fish, such as Tilapia, can be substitued for the catfish.
