Place celery, mushrooms, onion, oil and lemon juice in 2 qt casserole and set aside. In 2 c. measure combine remaining ingredients. Microwave 1 1/2-2 1/2 min, stirring after half the time. Add to celery mixture. Cover and microwave 6-8 min, stirring after half the time. Chill several hours.
