Turn processor on add your oil process for 2 minutes
Making sure your water is warm with the processor on pour water in a little at a time keep adding until your dough starts to pull away from the bowl
Take dough out of processor place in bowl with a bit of oil let rest for 10 minutes
Using a heavy bottom skillet cast iron works the best
Get pan very hot
Take your Doug divede into 7 balls then roll out thinly place in hot pan watching it as soon as it stats to brown on the bottom turn over
Take an icing screen place over top of a burner turning the burner on place cooked chipati bread on top when bread blows up flip over and cook the other side
