Lots of variations, but this is the best I've tried.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Form small balls from the dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 2 inches apart. Flatten each with fingertips until thin.
Bake for 9-10 minutes or until golden brown.
