This dish is delicious . Warming food and leftovers freeze well.
Steam chicken in four cups of water to make stock.
Reserve stock to use for liquid.
Cool stock and scoop any fat from top before using in dish.
In a saucepan lightly fry onion and bacon in a small amount of oil.
Add vegetables and then add stock.
When veges are cooked to your liking add chicken noodle soup, salt and pepper, chicken meat and soy sauce.
Use cornflour to thicken.
Halve almonds, brown in a little butter and add to dish.
