Heat oil in large pot on medium. Add the onion and garlic until the onion is translucent. Raise the heat to medium high and add the chicken pieces, ground chicken, chillies and spices. Sauté until the chicken is mostly cooked through. Add the chicken stock and beans, scrapping the bottom of the pot to loosen and browned bits. Bring the mixture to a boil and then lower the heat to a simmer. Continue to simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Chopped cilantro, shredded cheese, diced onion, sour cream and sliced jalapeños all optional toppings for serving. Per serving: 270 calories, 26g protein, 11g carbohydrates, 3g fiber, 13g fat, 285mg sodium.
