Enchiladas
Mix all ingredients together down to the to the tortillas.
Place a 1/2 cup of the mixture in a tortilla, sprinkle w/the cheese. Roll and place in a greased cake pan.
When all the tortillas are full, bake in the oven at 350 for 20 mins to warm through. Serve!
