From 'Our Best Home Cooking'
Sauté onion and garlic in butter. Stir in 1/2 cup olives, chilies, sour cream, bouillon and soup. Reserve 3/4 cup of this sauce. Add chicken to the remaining sauce and 1/2 cup cheese. Fill tortillas and roll with chicken mixture. Place in 13 x 9 inch pan. Mix reserved sauce with milk. Spoon over tortillas and bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining olives and cheese to serve.
