Joann's chicken in a skillet she taught Matt to cook
Chicken breast should be about 1/4 inch thick.
Dredge in seasoned flour (salt, pepper, and garlic powder)
Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in skillet.
Brown first side and the flip chicken.
Add 1/4 cup chopped onion, 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic and let saute in skillet.
Add chicken stock and let cook for a few minutes, about 1 cup
Reduce then add heavy cream and Parmesan Cheese.
Reduce to a little thickness and check to be sure chicken is cooked..
Squeeze a small amount of lemon and serve over a plate of angel hair pasta.
