Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 400F. Salt and pepper both sides of chicken breast and saute in a pan with little olive oil. Remove once chicken is cooked fully. Saute chopped garlic with spinach in another skillet. Layer chicken breast, sauteed spinach, shredded mozzarella and sliced roasted red pepper. Bake at 400 for 6-8 mins.
