Sear pork in oil, dainr leaving 2 tablespoons oil in pan, saute onion. garlic and salt and pepper in oil. Add cumin and stock and simmer 1/2 hour. Cook and puree the tomatillos add everything else. Make a gravy out of the pork stock and add the green sauce. Roll in Lynn Wilson tortillas. Wrap in foil, and bake around 200? just to keep them warm until serving.
