Perfect Choco Lava Cake with chocolate oozing out from the middle when you cut it open!
1) In a Double Boiler melt all of Dark Chocolate. Add to it butter & cream, keep whisking continously.
2) Add castor sugar to it and keep whisking. By this time there will be a nice glaze to the molten mixture.
3) Remove from heat and add 2 eggs one by one and put back on heat while making sure not to let the eggs cook or it will turn into a weird scrambled gooey mix ;)
4) Turn off the heat and add flour to the mixture. Mix well.
5) Grease moulds with butter & dust them with cocoa powder.
6) Put the chocolate mix into the moulds.
7) Let this rest in the fridge for about 10 mins.
8) In a preheated oven bake these moulds for 12 mins at 220 degree celcius.
