Bob loves.
Combine chips, marshmallow cream, butter, nuts, and vanilla. Mix sugar and milk. Heat to boiling. Boil 9 minutes, stirring constantly. Pour over chip mixture; stir until chocolate chips are melted and well blended. Pour into buttered pans. Cut when cool. Do not make it too thick. Makes a LOT.
