Blend next 4 ingredients until creamy; spread into cooled crust.
Whisk together pudding mix and milk. Spread evenly over cream cheese layer and spread remaining whipped topping on top. Chill 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Garnish with mini morsels before serving.
