A gorgeous alternative to the tradtional chocolate mousse
You can use any other favorate chocolate bar!
Melt the Toblerone in a heatproof bowl over a pan of simmering hot water, try to make sure the bowl doesn't touch the water.
While the chocolate is melting whip the double cream, until thickish.
Fold in the chocolate mixture using a metal spoon.
Whisk the egg whites until stiff, then fold through the chocolate mixture.
Divide into eight small glasses.
Curl some milk chocolate on the top to decorate
Chill for 1-2 hrs until the mousse sets.
