Mix zucchini, banana, water and vanilla in large bowl. Mix remaining ings in separate bowl. Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients; batter will be stiff. Bake in nonstick oblong brownie pan at 350° F, 25-35 minutes til toothpick comes out clean
