Suggest a better descriptionIn a small bowl combine egg whites, eggs, salt and pepper, whisk well
Heat a saute pan on medium heat, add chorizo and cook about one min on each side until slightly browned. Add vinegar and cook another min to reduce. Add eggs to the pan and scramble until cooked
Place tortilla onto a single sheet of foil, add egg mixture to tortilla and top with cheese, wrap burrito style, wrap in foil and set aside
FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS:
Put cooked individually wrapped burritos into a gallon freezer bag and freeze
TO SERVE:
Remove from foil, wrap in paper towel or set on to a plate and microwave for about three min
