rice with cilantro
1. Combine broth, rice, and oil in medium saucepan and bring nearly to a boil over high heat. Reduce to a simmer, cover and cook about 50 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender. Remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes.
2. Seeason with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add cilantro and lemon juice and fluff rice with fork.
