Preheat oven to 180?C.
Combine ? cup sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Set aside.
Cream butter, sugar and cream cheese until very pale and fluffy. Add egg yolk and mix well. On low speed, gradually add flour until just blended.
Line tray with baking paper.
Fill tube of cookie press. Use 8 pt flower cutter. Press out onto baking sheet - somewhat close together as cookies don''t spread too far. Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over the top.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes an absolute stack of cookies!
(about 80 little pressed out cookies - less if you just rolled balls - probably about half)
