Suggest a better descriptionPreheat oven to 250. Whip egg whites, water and salt until frothy. Add one bag Pecan halves to egg/water mixture and coat nuts well. In a separate container, mix sugar and cinnamon. Pour sugar/cinnamon mixture on coated pecan halves and mix well. Spread nuts on jelly roll pan and bake for 1 hour stirring nuts every 15 minutes.
