Great summertime fun
Cook lobster and remove meat from shell. Cut into 3/4 inch pieces and trandfer to bowl.
Add celery, mayo, and lemon juice to lobster meat and mix until blended. Season with salt and pepper.
Can be prepared 4 hours ahead. Cover and refridgerate.
Before serving, melt butter in skillet and cook buns over medium heat turning for even browning. About 5 minutes. Cut lengthwise in top center of bun; pry open. Divide mixture between two buns; sprinkle with chives and serve.
