Suggest a better descriptionMISE EN PLACE: Soften cream cheese at room temperature; Rinse blueberries and dry on paper towel; Lightly grease a 13x9x2-inch (33x22x5-cm) baking pan; Preheat oven (top/bottom elements) to 350°F (175°C)
1) In a small saucepan heat butter over medium heat until the color of light brown sugar. Meanwhile, in a medium bowl stir together graham crackers, flour, coconut, pecans, and 1/4 cup sugar.
2) Stir butter into graham cracker mix until combined. Evenly press on bottom of baking pan. Bake (2nd from bottom) 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
3) Meanwhile, in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and 2/3 cup sugar on medium until combined. Add eggs, brandy, and vanilla. Beat until combined. Pour mixture over hot crust. Sprinkle with blueberries.
4) Bake 18-20 minutes or until center appears set. Cool in pan on a rack.
5) Cover and refrigerate. Cut into 32 bars.
