Suggest a better descriptionSoak cod in 2 cups cold water about 3 minutes. Drain well, squeezing out excess liquid with back of spoon. Add fish, eggs and parsley to prepared potato. Pour into greased preheated shallow 1 1/2 quart casserole. Top with bacon. Bake in preheated moderate oven (350F) about 35 minutes.
