Suggest a better descriptionIn large skillet over med-high heat, add oil and saute onion until soft, about 3 minutes. Add garlic and saute 1 minute. Add collards and broth, reduce heat to medium. Stir occasionally until collards wilt. About 5-8 minutes. Remove from heat - add vinegar, salt and pepper. Serve.
