- I grew up with this recipe. When corn was in
season we’d use fresh. This is one of those
comfort foods.
Notes: Use the 10” baking pan or a
round casserole pan that fits in the
NuWave. Keep in mind that if the pan
is bigger, you need less cook time. If
pan is deeper, you should cook
longer.
Mix all ingredients together and mix
well. Pour into the 10” baking pan that
has been sprayed with non-stick
spray. You can also use a casserole
pan or an 8” x 8” pan. Place on
1” rack and cook on power level HI
for 30 minutes. If you are using a
casserole pan or an 8” x 8” pan, cook
for 35 minutes. When timer goes off
let sit with dome lid on for 2 minutes
