A delicious cabbage casserole with corned beef instead of ground beef. A cross between Corned Beef & Cabbage and a traditional Cabbage Roll. It's excellent!!
Saute the onions with the corned beef (break up the corned beef, do not slice). Add the can of tomato sauce, rice, and half the cabbage; mix. Add the remaining cabbage to the top and pour the can of beef broth over it. Cover and cook at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
