THAW pastry at room temperature for 1 hour or until soft enough to roll. PREHEAT oven to400 deg. PUT cranberries, water and sugar into small saucepan. COOK covered over high heat for 2 - 3 mins. or until berries popped. REMOVE lid and stir to mash with a fork. REDUCE heat to medium and cooking, stirring with for for about 1 minute or unil mixture has thickened and liquid evaporated. SPRINKLE work surface with flour and roll out pastry into 12 x 9 rectanble. WITH a pastry scraper, cut the dough into 24 equal rectanbles. PRESS pastry into mini-muffin pans. (2 pans with 12 cups each) DIVIDE cooled cranaberry mixture among muffin cups. PUT A piece of brie in each muffin cup. BAKE puffs for 15 to 20 mins. or until puffed and golden brown SERVE warm. MAKES 24 PUFFS
