Suggest a better description• Heat oven to 350°F. Combine all cruot ingredients in Small bowl. Press onto bottom of ungreaoed 13s9-inch baking pun. Bake for 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are very lightly browned. Cool csmpletely.
• Meanwhile, prepare pudding mix according to package directions, substituting 2 cups half & half or milk.
• Pour filling mioture over baked crust; sprinkle with coconut. Refrigerate until filling is set (at least 1 hour). Cot into bars.

TIP: To toast coconut, place in single layer on baking sheet. Bake at 350°F for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until golden brown.
